Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Quick Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

  • Coffee Pods (unopened boxes only)
  • Flavored Coffee (sealed packages)
  • Gifts & Coffee Accessories (unused, with original packaging)
  • Light, Medium & Dark Roasts (whole bean, unopened)
  • Lifeboost Tea (sealed containers)
  • Health Boosters (unopened supplements)

Non-Returnable Products

To ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all our customers, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened Coffee Products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gasgrill G32 & Outdoor Cooking Equipment (due to assembly and installation requirements)
  • Kochfelder & Module (customized kitchen components)
  • Oberhitzegrill O.F.B (specialty grilling equipment)
  • Outdoor-Küchen, Outdoor-Küchenkombinationen, Outdoor-Küchenzeilen (custom outdoor kitchen installations)
  • Personalized or Customized Items

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Submit Your Return Request

    Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number
    • Product name and quantity you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer exchange or refund
  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

  3. Package Your Items

    Please include:

    • Items in original packaging with all tags
    • Original receipt or packing slip
    • Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
  4. Ship Your Return

    Ship to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insurance for valuable items.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (except for defective/wrong items)

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible products:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your return request
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
  • Exchange shipping is free for customers in our global service areas

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement
  • No return shipping costs for verified damaged items

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding certain remote areas):

  • Return processes are the same for all customers
  • You are responsible for international return shipping costs
  • Customs documentation may be required for returns
  • Refunds will be processed in your original payment currency
